Approaching the Easter weekend, there are some hopeful signs of the current crisis subsiding somewhat – at least here in Europe. Still, the world will not go back to “normal” any time soon.
In this context I’d like to share the video of Simon Sinek’s (“Start With Why”) recent videoconference with his team. In true Easter spirit he exudes optimism about our ability to come out of this challenge stronger, if we manage to switch from survival to reinvention mode.
